OEM Hardware for Demanding Underground Environments

Smartrail Data Device (SDD) at the reader stations handles all onboard processing, event validation, and communications. RFID tags on locomotives, hoppers, ore chute boxes, and tips enable continuous identification of exact load and tip locations throughout the operation.


The bi-directional in-motion weighbridge provides highly accurate payload measurements for every trip, taking both full and empty hopper readings into account.


The system is fully developed in-house, with advanced diagnostics and remote support capabilities enabling rapid troubleshooting and system updates.

All data is processed in real time and structured into a central production database, accessible to all stakeholders through a suite of focused dashboards:
